santo eclectronic fridge freezer playing up past couple of days, alarm going off initially, then appearing tp freeze excessively now trying to defrost itself, food becoming unfrozen. not sure what the numbers should be on or how to keep them there. at present coolmatic on +2 and frostmatic on -5, alarm still flashing please help!
