digital clock will not reset and allow manual cooking. ie cannot turn on the oven because the hand symbol on the clock timer will not stay on. How do i get at the clock ?

Were there any answers to this question as I have exactly the same problem. I've unscrewed the front panel and the front screws on the side panel but it now seems that I have to unscrew the top of the cooker as well in order to get the front off. It can't be that bad a design surely?!?
Am I missing anything here? Again neither of the two ovens will work due to the digital clock being frozen on 0:00
