can i fix/replace collars on good shirts?

Yes, you can replace a collar on a shirt. You have to take the the other collar off. Make sure you take the collar completely apart. Draw a pattern off of the old collar using material that would match the rest of your shirt and sew it back together.
Then sew the collar back on your shirt.

of course,you can reverse collar upside down so it will look like new
