my bosch classixx is not filling up with water but i can hear the pump working.the pump switches off as soon as door opened

Obvious I know but has the water been turned on? Is there a on off valve for the water supply or an extra in line valve somewhere that was turned off to install? Otherwise try this site that has just helped with the opposite problem - water not draining!
