How can I fix my Mower, Flymo pc 330?

how do I remove the old blade from my mower,
the central nut is stuck fast, and i`m not sure which way to turn it

Use the special, orange, plastic spanner. Grab and hold the blade with a gloved hand and turn the spanner anticlockwise.

If it fails to move have another person help you - one holding the blade and the other on the spanner.
