UPVC Back door?

My back door has dropped slightly, it has 3 hinges. Do I just loosen the screws on these hinges and move it up or is there something else?

You may find that the hinges have some adjustment themselves, without undoing the main screws....pop off the top caps of each hinge and look for an allen screw, which you turn.
