My GE TBF24T must has to run with both dials set at max to achieve zero degrees in freezer. During the defrost cycle the temperature goes to 20 or so degrees and the popsicles get soft. Where should I look for the answer. The cooler fons on the outside get cleaned every six months. The condition has been
present for nearly three years.
