Hi;
My Neff dishwasher has stopped cleaning dishes. Found out that the arms weren't turning, cleaned everything but still no joy. Read on internet that it was supposed to fill with water and realised it wasn't, in fact it seems to drain as soon as water comes in. Have temporarily solved problem by putting a bucket of water in at the beginning and once during a long cycle. Could this be the drain valve?

Pull out the dishwasher from the units and lay it on its side. Water will drain out releasing pressure on a cut out switch which controls the input water valve. Once this is done the appliance should fill and empty as normal.
