how can i fix indesit dishwasher DI 620?

How can i fix an Indesit DI 620 DISHWASHER, the soap tablets will not disolve at all , and the dishes are still wet when finished

I have the same problem with mine. The light for the eco wash, which is number 4, is now flashing continuously and can't get it to stop. The machine won't work at all now. For some reason the water is not getting hot when it's on so not sure if this is the heating element or a problem with the programming.
