Diplomat Fitted Oven. APL3201.

When using my oven the other evening, I think it over heated and it sparked at the back, my circuit breaker turned off a few appliances. The oven is not reaching any temperature now, the grill works and the fan still works, does this mean the THERMOSTAT has gone?

I can buy these for £50 how easy is it to get it changed and fitted myself??

Any advice on the potential fault and fixing it??

you can pick up a new thermostat for about £30 .
check out on line or go to e-bay.
thermostat probe is visible on right hand side of oven , you need to remove oven and refit new thermostat with the capillary wire goingto the control switch, "do not damage bend ect wire" ISOLATE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
