Thank you to tinylittle for his good instructions on getting our SCuunci Steamer SS-1000 to steam again. His instructions were great and since we found there is no way to reach "Customer Service" his advice is most appreciated. We found that just rotating the back end of the brass plunger worked without using the needle nose pliers inside the water hole. We then used the WD40 also. Thanks again.
