i stupidly stood on my babyliss pro 230 radiance straighteners and they snapped! they still work but dont have the open and close they just move everywhere, i have all the bits to fix them i just need to know where to fix them, i live in newquay, cornwall, please help!! cannot live without them much longer!

I was using my ghd styler when the LED light went off whilst using it and the plates went cold. After this the led light refuses to come on and the plates dont heat up.
