Hi all,

I am unable to give you any details on what hot point machine I am talking about, all I know is that its a Hotpoint Dishwasher (a new one) and the problem is that the machine is not draining, and it is not reaching the correct temperature. Error 21/23 is displayed on the screen and the service spanner remains red.

Any ideas on what this may be, and a possible fix?
