I have a sony handy camera: dcr tvr 265e and the lcd screen and viewfinder have gone a black/grey colour, no picture. I believe this is due to a faulty ccd chip ( imaging device) This is a manufacturing fault and should be repaired free by sony. I live at exeter and the camera is out of warranty. Is there a local sony repair shop and can I get a free repair?
