steam not being transferred from polti to attachment?

Water heating and coming to pressure as normal, but nothing coming out of attachement. Have emptied tank, rinsed, used Kal stop but still no joy. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks

I had the same problem and used 5 kal stops with 1/2 liter of water twice before the steam started to come out. After good rinse it is working again , hope this will help AnjaUK
