My AEG favorit sensorlogic dishwasher has the number C3 in its display?

I have an AEG favorit sensorlogic dishwasher and during its last cycle istead of the number of minutes remaining appearing in the display, the charcters C3 appeared and it will not finish its cycle, please help. Even disconnecting the mains power will not clear its memory.
