How do I reset our Renault Clio radio (2000)?

Hi All recently changed battery and need to reset.I think we know the code but not sure how to set.

You use the radio control stick attached to the right of the steering wheel (assuming right Hand Drive). Use the thumbwheel to select the correct digit then press the button at the bottom of the thumbwheel to proceed to next digit entry.
