Pressure fluctuation on Potterton Powermax HE?

I have a 3 yr old Potterton Powermax boiler and apparently if the burner is on the pressure is going too high and goes to E01 error code, if the burner is off the ressure is going as low as 0.5? Has anybody had this problem before. Can there be any leak?

Check the Air Charge in The Expansion Vessel should be 1-00 Bar with the vessel drained
