how to get boiler cover off!?

i have a potterton profile 100e and the pilot light has gone out. i can't even get the front cover off to find the instructions for how to relight it. any help?

I have the same problem! There is a screw on the underside of the boiler but I cannot shift it!

The e in 100e is the key here it is electronic ignition and does not have a pilot light.
