Top opener, top hung, window jammed fully shut. Lock and handle turn ok but don't release centre claw and posts either side. Have taken handle off to reveal part of mechanism but this doesn't help. Turning the spindle doesn't seem to operate rest of mechanism. Anyone got advice on how to sort this out.
