How can I fix my Creative Zen Micro Mp3 player?

I've had my Creative Zen Micro mp3 for 7 months and it is broken and in need of repair. When I put headphones into the headphone socket, the music coming out is very distored, sometimes for example, you can only hear a guitar playing and nothing else. To hear the whole song properly, you need 2 twist the headphones about to a certain place which is very hard to do. How do you fix it?

you need to clean the port out on the to where the headphone jack go's, get a can of clear air or canned air cleaner, it comes under different names but it is very effective, you could also open up your player and clean it out also using a dry aresol cleaner.
