What could cause orangey stains in washing m/c?

I have a Zanussi Jetsystem 1200
The machine left stains on some items yesterday.

hi there.the orange stains are most likely caused by rusting bearings,as bearings are the only part in the drum that can rust.is the machine noisy on spin?
