igniting problem, Vokera HE29?

I have a Vokera combi HE29 (18months old) and have recurring problems, when hot tap is on boiler is running but doesnt ignite same with heating. Pressure is fine. This can last for a few days and then returns to normal, any ideas please?

get them to check the venturi is clean, then check the air pressure switch is ok.

This sounds like either a incorrectly adjusted gas valve or flame detection probe. Not a job for am amateur.
Recommend you get an engineer to look at it.
