My beko 1510 washing machine will not drain?

Please can you tell me how to empty the washing machine as the spin cycle and drain cycle does not empty the drum? Thank you

remove the filter at the bottom and the water will come out.once the water is out shine a torch into the filter housing and check that the impellor rotates freely and isn't jammed up with something
