my di620 dishwasher bottom paddle?

the bottom paddle on my indesit di620 dishwasher seems to have stopped spinning,can you help me

Hi
I think the paddle spins by the pressure of the water exiting the holes, try removing the paddle and blasting water from the top to see if any of the jets are clogged.
