My husband got me this pos in May. 3 days ago I was using it at work when the battery died. I figured, "No prob. I'll just change it," which I did immediatley. Now all it does is show the ilo screen at full light power. The only way I can get it to turn off is to lock the keys. I tried e-mailing the company. It got bounced back. I've tried calling all day today & no one's picking up. Any help I can get will be VERY appreciated.
