Hi,
Our dishwasher stops working mid cycle. The wash starts as normal and then with about 18 minutes to go there is silence - and the cycle stops. The machine has not drained - and there is no noise of the pump trying to work to drain the water. Any suggestions please?!

sounds like your pump is jammed. remove the filters and drian the water using a small cup and a bucket then use a sponge to remove the rest. now there is a screw on the left side remove the screw and remove the pump cover. check for seeds or broken glass spin the pump blades till its free. close the door and turn on the machine and you should hear the pump run if so open the door and replace the cover and screw and that should be it. if its still not draining check the hose fitting under the sink.
