how can i fix my veritas alarm?

lost electicity internal sounds for 20mins then stops,cant reset my alrm

I tried setting it last week and it just bleeps as though its waiting for an entry/ exit but won't set. I found a fuse blown in control panel, replaced that but still the same. I have tried contacting the company that fitted it and they have gone bump!! Any ideas?
