mustang stalls?

my 1988 ford mustang 5.0 convertible inadmittently stalls. It acts as though it has run out of gas after i've driven it for while. After appx. 20 minutes it starts right up and is fine. Everything has been checked and replaced including the fuel pump. Can someone pls help me. Thank you

Sounds like the TFI module is heating up, cuts out, cools off and then starts working again. Google Ford TFI module, there is alot of info
