Your text suggests that you believe this site can supply - it can't - it's a free help site.
Your best approach is to use yellow pages on paper or on line and to search for a garden machinery specialist in your area - 'phone them and if they don't sell Kawasaki / Lawn King spares they will probably know who does.
If you wait for a sensible answer on here, one may come eventually but it could easily be from someone in another country.
