I tried reloading the firmware using the tool provided in the support site. Unfortunately the firmware reload returned an error without completing the reload. After this unsuccessful firmware reload, device is not switching on. I tried 'MP3 Player Recovery Tool' but the device is not detecting on the PC, no supported device found message is getting.

Please advice me how to recover my ZenStone.
