I have this problem too,might be a common fault that they dont acknowledge ? Bissell told me it was the little spray lines behind the brushes that are clogged , so I stripped it all down made sure they were clean and put it back together , still had the problem. Just phoned Bissell and as its out of guarantee they do a repair service for approx £65 with collection and return or will give you a number of one of their local agents . Thats my next port of call .
