How can I fix my Dishlex global 500 dishwasher?

The dishwasher seems to be operating okay apart from not heating the water, so only doing cold cycles and not cleaning dishes very well. Flashes nH while operating. Any ideas about what is wrong and/or how we can fix it.

Hi Shirley, my Dishlex Global 500 did exactly the same thing to me last week and I followed the advice that I received online from this site. I disconnected the power and pipes, slid it out towards me and gently laid it on its side (to your left as you face it). Left it a few minutes (mopped up the little bit of water that I could see underneath) then picked it back up and re-connected. Voila! No loud motor noise or "oF" light. I then took out the bottom rack and with a torch and screwdriver in hand, I undid everything that I could inside, gave pieces a bit of a clean, felt around inside the drainage hole (found a plastic bag metal tie!!), put it all back together and IT WORKS!! Whole process took less than 20 minutes. Give it a go, you've nothing to lose.

The dishwasher beeped and stated that it was overfilled, it then proceeded to pump the water out and now wont stop pumping out, even if you turn the power off and back on again
