how do I secure the plug back to the wall?

I have noticed that two of my plug sockets have started to come away from the wall one of the screws has snapped in half so the socket i am must worried about in movable is there away of securing it back to the wall without screws?

There isn't a safe or sensible way - get new screws or call an electrician - a loose socket plate presents a danger particularly if you use it or have any children in the place. If you're a tenant get the landlord to fix it.
