I have two problems which seemed to begin at the same time but no idea whether they're related or not. Firstly, the fabric softner is not being dispensed from its compartment. Secondly, the cycles are taking forever to finish, e.g. a one hour cycle is taking 3+ hours to complete. It just sits there bewteen tumbles doing nothing. Washing does seem clean at the end of it though!
