How can I fix my button-push toilet?

The buttons on top of the cistern are stuck pushed down.
How can I get them back up?

I am only guessing: If its the same as mine, I have had he same problem, The clamp/ plastic nut holding the buttons in place may have come lose, so if it is then re-tighten [hand tight] this clamp / nut, to bring the button back up in place.
