Glowworm 80 boiler?

Should the fan on a Glowwork 80 be running all the time? Idling when no water is passing through, and full speed when the boiler is fired up?

If the boiler is a Combi 80 with permanent pilot then Yes the fan runs at a very low speed when no demand, and rqmps up to full speed when a demand for heat or hot water occurs
