Can anyone,please advise me, how i can repair my technika 4 gb mp3 player ?

I Have received a

E:\ is not accessible
the file or directory is corrupted &
unreadable, message.

I can't figure out how to repair (if possible)
Any help in simple terms,as i am not a computer
expert,will be greatly received, thanks
