Hi Just wondered if you could answer this question?

Whenever my mrs turns on her corioliss C2 straighners they ciome up with EHA on digital display and dont warm up. I am an electrician and think that the problem could be from the heat element at the power to disdplay connnection point not sending current through due to a poor connection. Could you e-mail me back and give me some sort of idea please if you could.

Its the thermistor inside the straigheners its blown.
