Toyota OEM Cassette player works but makes a clicking noise?

Got the OEM radio/cassette player in a 1999 Toyata 4Runner which makes a clicking noise when playing anything. It works fine, other than an every 2-3 second "click", that seems to corresspond with the tape going around. Any ideas?
