Loose door handles?

I have loose door handles on my uPVC front a rear doors. They close and lock fine, however the handles themselves have alot of play in them. Any suggestions on how i could tighten them up?

Thanks for the info.

I gave it a go, however as i've now found out, the handles are not in good order on the inside, quite a bit worn. Think it would be easier to buy new one's.
