Having problems with it wanting to pull. The 8 horse briggs is strong but it just doesn't want to pull. I've been told many things. But is there a way of adjusting the rubber disk on the fly wheel or are my parts just wore out? It has seen many years of use and hate to get rid of it. Service is so high these days. need help.
