candy aquaviva 1300?

concrete block on drum has come loose.
1 bolt missing
1 bolt sheered top of thread
1 bolt sheered (small piece missing from bottom of thread)
Is it possible to refix concrete block.
Some of the sheered bolts may still be left in bolt holes.
