how can i fix my granddaughter clock?

my clock is chiming continuously on the hour and also chiming on the quarters and half hour the only way to stop it is to move the hands forward its doing my head in help !!

Either the stop levers are not dropping into place or the stop pin has broken off. You can remove the face and check the levers by moving them up and down to free them. If the stop pin is broken you will need a professional to replace it.
