what is wrong with boiler?

ive got a baxi 105 he .there is no hot water or central heating . im unable to reset. no lights are coming on on the facia, ive changed fuses but nothing happened.any ideas?

try the fuse in the boiler not just the on in the plug. If the fuse has gone, what has blowen it, pumpis the first thing i would check
