no heating/ideal classic lxff ?

have a ideal classic boiler.no pilot light no heat fan do's not kick in when turned on.little plastic fan on top broken but metal fan moves freely.no hot water unless emersion tank turned on.has a vison panol on front but no pilot light.can some one help??

could be faulty fan, air pressure switch or pcb. don't muck about withe these by yourself, it's a job for a professional.
