Pin Hole Leak in Towel Rail Radiator?

I have a towel rail radiator fitted onto a combi system, been in just a year and somehow has developed a small pin hole leak. Can this be repaired or do I have to change the rad completely?

Its a faulty radiator...maybe the manufacturer / supplier will look kindly on you, but if its a genuine hole then its not easy to fix - without spoiling the rad decor, anyway.
