Hi,

I have a 60's G-Plan style sideboard, oak veneer, looks like a poorer chip board style wood underneath. I'm keen to restore and revarnish the top of this, what is the best approach?

Also, it has been stood on its ends and the corners of the table are damaged, with chunks of wood missing from the edges. can you give me any tips for rerstoring these bigger problem areas please?
