i am trying to switch kenwood radios from one car to another how do i remove them and install another. they both have car kits on them so i just need to remove the radios and install another into one of my cars.

in order to remove your car stereo you will require 2 removal pins which should have come with the unit (if not they can be purchased from halfords). the outer facia will clip off revealing the cage
1) push the removal pins into the visible slots
2) gently lever the pins out over
3) pull on the pins whilst levering the pins out over and the unit should slide free from its retaining cage
