hi my neptune washer won't spin my cloths dry they are soaking wet when i take then out after the cicle is complete and there is some water still in the washer i was wondering what could be the problem if any one and if so what do i need to do to fix it? the model # MDE Y000AYW THANK YOU SO MUCH for any help you can give me alexandria
